Manager:  Join our team of cabinetmakers and carpenters.  We specialize in Historic work, with a traditional mill working shop in Winchester, VA.  We are seeking a site manager for our large jobs.  An experienced craftsperson – someone who has an understanding of complex work – is preferred.

     We work in houses, churches, museums, mills, barns…as long as it is old, we get involved in all aspects of renovation and historic preservation.  Our days are varied.  We are involved in all of the steps of construction for quality reasons — from the framing to the cabinet setting, and everything in between.  Good craftspeople are thinking about the finish trim even as they are working on the framing of a building.  We begin with the end in mind and work to create historically accurate, beautiful results.
