Join our team!  We are growing, and have wonderful projects ahead.  We need a caring carpenter, and are also looking to add a painter to our team, specializing in traditional paints and finishes.  

Join our team of cabinetmakers and carpenters.  We specialize in historic work, with a traditional mill working shop in Winchester, VA.  We are seeking a caring carpenter to join our field team, as well as an in-house painter.

We work in houses, churches, museums, mills, barns…as long as it is old, we get involved in all aspects of renovation and historic preservation.  Our days are varied.  We are involved in all of the steps of construction for quality reasons — from the framing to the cabinet setting, and everything in between.  Good craftspeople are thinking about the finish trim even as they are working on the framing of a building.  We begin with the end in mind and work to create historically accurate, beautiful results.
