Vintage was born out of a love for old buildings and a passion for fine quality and traditional craftsmanship. Over the last 25 years, we have had the pleasure of completing over 50 major construction projects and hundreds of smaller historic preservation jobs. We particularly enjoy challenging and complex projects. We take what we have learned from working on historic buildings, and integrate this into all of our restoration, renovation, and new construction projects. The success of old buildings owes largely to the quality of materials used, as well as the workmanship. Design and thoughtful execution play a significant role as well.

We serve homeowners, churches, museums, park authorities, and the hospitality industry as a general contractor. Quality craftsmanship and materials are at our core, central to every project.

We use traditional materials, mainly. Old quality can be replicated, in brick, stone, copper, wood, slate, tile…. ‘They don’t build them like they used to’ just isn’t true.
