In 2021, we were asked to do a modern renovation of a house in Leesburg. Because we had renovated a previous house for the same owner, and had also worked with the architect Bill Deegan, we took it on. It was outside of our usual design, but the core of the job was the same – to renovate and change a dated house to a more modern and livable style.
The architecture was a collaboration between Bill Deegan and Scott Voelker from Eggman Ink.
This is anigre veneered cabinetry. We use German bottom mount soft close slides for all drawers.
Sunroom. We installed engineered white oak flooring throughout the house, and new doors and windows. We wrapped the beams overhead using solid walnut.

We used lacquer to finish the cabinetry faces of the back side of the island.
